These are very dangerous. I repeat: THESE ARE VERY DANGEROUS.
If you are a fan of chocolate and caramel mixed with a salty crunch, you are doomed. Yes, DOOMED. These little critters are so addicting.
All you need is pretzels (any shape besides the sticks), Rolos, and pecans or walnuts (optional). You will wind up with way more pretzels than Rolos.
Preheat your oven to about 250 degrees or so. The oven doesn’t need to be super hot for this. You ABSOLUTELY need to put parchment paper on your pan to do this. This gets super messy.
Lay out your pretzels on the pan. Put a Rolo on top.
Put the pan in the oven. You’re only going to bake these for about 5 minutes. You don’t want them to be so melted that the Rolo melts off the pretzel.
After you take them out the oven, you want to immediately put your pecans or walnuts on them so they stay in place. You could also put another pretzel on top instead of the nuts. Do whatever you please.
You want these to cool completely before taking them off the parchment paper. It can get sticky and messy if you do it before then.
